  I ordered a mattress online. Everything went through fine; get to the delivery date. Mattress doesn't show up. No phone call from these people, no email, nothing. I called the night of the delivery until the store closed. No answer.
  The next morning, I start calling the store right at opening. I called for half-an-hour, letting the phone ring until it hung up on me, and finally someone answers.
  They tell me there was a part missing, and that it would be delivered the following week. I have taken two days off of work for this.
  The delay would have been fine, if they had contacted me.
  Asked for a full refund. My first time ordering something this big, and from this place, and I never will again. The only good thing about my experience with The Brick were the two girls I spoke to on the phone.
