  We were looking to buy an appliance for our home. We went to other stores but wanted more information about the product then what was offered on the websites. From the moment we walked into the Canadian Appliance Source we were greeted by Doug who immediately started to show us products and provide valuable information about the appliance.
  Doug showed great kindness, thorough knowledge and was honest as he knew he could possibly lose the sale due to availability. We left the store feeling good but wanted to discuss where we would finalize the sale. We didn't even leave the parking lot and returned back to Doug to complete the sale. We were happy with our experience with Doug and thought he was deserving of our business. Fully recommend and would return if in need of a new appliance.
