  I've dealt with Doug twice and both times, he responded quickly and professionally. Latest was a leak in furnace. He found crack in condensate plate and quickly checked that part was still under warranty. Once part was in stock, Doug immediately came over and had it installed in less than 15 minutes. Doug answered all my questions including showing me how the furnace actually worked and potential issues.
