  purchased a couch from this location, the couch was delivered and was damaged, to the point of needing to fully be replaced.. instead of doing so they've sent a technician out who agreed it needed to be replaced, made bogus claims about parts coming from China, sent another technician who was surprised to find said couch hasn't been replaced and are STILL waiting on a managers phone call to fix this issue... it's been 6 months!!!! NEVER buy a product from this location, they will attempt to ride out the warranty with bogus excuses as to why there's no results.

  We ran into an issue last month with our new house after purchasing our appliances here. We went and spoke with a manager and was put in contact with Sandy. I can not say enough about her and how she helped my husband and I during this trying time. She worked her butt off and kept in contact with myself or husband daily until the situation was rectified.
  The sales representative that we had (I am so sorry I can not remember her name off hand) was great and very informative. We will definitely be back when we need new items for a home.
  Thank you Sandy and team members for working with my family and I and for being so understanding to our situation. We greatly appreciate it.
